I cannot find my school on your database.
Your school is probably a private school, or a school which falls outside the LEA. If not please let us know and we can contact you to add this school to our database.

I want to buy some items without a logo on from items that are not within my childs criteria - is this possible?
Yes - put a note in the comments box at the end of your order - we will confirm no logo will be added at the production point for you.

I want to buy from you but cannot find the correct colour to match when submitting the data - we use a brown sweatshirt and you do not sell one.
We will add this to your schools criteria and keep it as a special. As its very rare to use such an item we will not have it on our main colour range.

I have got a lot of orders for other parents that involve a few schools, ca I buy all these in one transaction?
Yes, you just need to shop for each school at a time, then check out when you have your cart filled with each schools items. They will be listed seperately.

Can a School buy in bulk from your website?
No, we only supply parents, but we do have a scheme that schools can earn money from. They appoint us as their suppliers and we will add a commission to each item sold for that school. Purchasers are informed that their purchase includes a commission that will be passed onto the school.

I have added our school logo to the database and given you the criteria, how long will it be until it appears on the website?
About 3 days from reciept of the order, providing we dont need any additional information from you. You will recieve an e-mail to confirm the logo has been added and goods can be purchased.

How long will I wait for my order? Can you express some goods to me if required urgently.
We aim to depach in 7-14 days, but cannot express an order any faster than this. You may find, as many purchasers do, the order will be despached in a few days.

Here at myschooluniform.com our team of enthusiastic people help us supply thousands of parents every year with their children's uniforms. Everything you buy comes with the logo on, so it's just like buying what you normally do, except this way it's fast and simple, and cheaper than you would normally pay. All we ask is that you purchase 6 items in each purchase from us. This can be in any combination as long as its 6 items (we cannot despatch orders smaller than this). If you don't need 6 items why not get together with other parents and get a few items for someone else who needs them?


How to start buying:
  • 1) Register as a user on myschooluniform.com
  • 2) Locate your children's school using one of the search methods (a full explanation on how to find the school of your choice is given in this section). The full criteria of the uniform used will be shown to you giving you a picture of each product you normally buy. You will see a confirmation of the logo next to each product that will be applied once you confirm you want to order that particular item.
  • 3) Click the size and buy chart next to the product to order that item. When you have finished, you can choose the other items in that criteria, or if you wish, you can browse items not within that schools normal criteria and buy those. For example a gym sack or waterproof jacket. Your order will be despatched by next-day courier.
  • 4) Pay and checkout. Your order will be processed and you will receive an e-mail to confirm the despatch date. You can expect to receive your order within 14 days but some orders may reach earlier than this. We will always try to despatch orders in a few days but please remember that the summer season gets very busy so early ordering helps a lot. If you want your order delivering after a specific date, just let us know on the comments box at the end of your order and we will send it out when it's more suitable for you.
