Unless otherwise specified in
writing from myschooluniform.com all
of these conditions will apply to the purchases made from this site and My
School Unform.
Acceptance of your order:
Acceptance of your order takes
place upon the transaction of your payment to My School Uniform.com. As goods are processed with a logo to suit
your individual needs, cancellation for any order must be received in writing
within 24 hours from the order placement. After this time, your ordered items
may be embellished with the logo of your instructions, and in some
circumstances, ready for despatch.
As these goods are specific to
you, the customer, any cancellation after 24 hours may not be possible.
However, myschooluniform.com, at its
discretion, will endeavour to cancel or change a customers order after the
24hour time period has passed if the order has not been processed, or is work
in progress.
Minimum order:
The minimum order that can be
placed in any one transaction is 6 items.
This can be a combination of any products offered for sale on the
website.
Pricing:
You pay the price stated at the
time of ordering from myschooluniform.com
website. Any changes in the prices, both up and downs and special offers would
be displayed at the time of advertising.
Any special offers may have a date they will be displayed until, which
will inform you the end of offer time.
All prices shown are exclusive of carriage (this will be detailed
separately on your order form) @ £6.95 per delivery
VAT:
Any products which are applicable to VAT will be displayed on the product range
and listed on your final invoice. You
will be made aware of any adult size products that may have Vat added before
you add this product to your purchases.
Please note the carriage charge you see will include the VAT at 17.5%
and be listed on your final invoice.
Please see the HM Customs and Excise statement below which excludes some
larger size items sold for children attending school.
Deliveries:
We aim to deliver your order
within 14 days from receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that we have a stock shortage of a specific item
or colour, we shall inform you in writing of the expected delivery of that
item.
Upon receipt of the customer’s
response to this shortage myschooluniform.com
shall either:
a) Ship the part order to the customer with the
shortage item to follow at no cost to the customer.
b) Give a full refund for the item that we are short
of stock of.
c) Hold the order until all items are in stock and
send a complete delivery.
Orders outside the UK:
We do not serve companies
outside the UK. We are interested in
any comments you may have regarding any business outside the UK.
All of our goods are quality
checked at both manufacture and despatch.
Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, you are entitled to a full
refund or replacement for this item upon return to myschooluniform.com. If you
receive an incorrect product to that of which you ordered, you are entitled to
a full refund or if you wish a replacement.
Products that have been worn
and become defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer, providing the
product has been washed and cared for correctly, and the product has not ‘out
lived’ its life cycle as an item which at some point will eventually need
replacing.
My School Uniform reserves the
right to refuse to replace an item which it feels has been returned for a
reason of general wear and tear, and has provided its expected use over a given
period of time.
Indemnity against infringement
of patent rights:
The purchaser shall indemnify
My School Uniform against all penalties, costs and expenses as a result of
goods being supplied in accordance with the purchasers specification, which
involves the infringement of any registered design, letter patent, intellectual
property rights, proprietary process or otherwise.
Amendments to the terms and
Conditions:
My School Uniform reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions and any time without giving prior
notice
JURSISDICTION:
The purchaser agrees to submit
to the jurisdiction of English Law.
